How we work

What both companies are held to

Different customers, different regulators, one operating standard. This is what it commits us to in practice.

Verify before we offer
Nothing is listed, quoted or transacted until it has been checked. On the property side that means the title is confirmed at source before a photograph is taken. On the currency side it means a counterparty is confirmed before funds move. The cost of that check sits with us, not with the customer.
State the full price
Fees, spreads, agency commissions and settlement charges are disclosed before a customer commits, not discovered afterwards in a statement. If a number changes between quote and close, we explain why in writing.
Build our own platforms
Both companies run on software the group develops and maintains. That is slower and more expensive than licensing something, and it is the reason a customer question can be traced to an actual record rather than an intermediary's word.
Answer in plain language
Property law and currency markets are genuinely complicated. Translating them is part of the service, not a favour. Nobody at Gredo should need jargon to explain what a customer is signing.
Decline the deal we cannot stand behind
A property with an unresolved encumbrance does not get listed at a discount, and a transaction we cannot settle cleanly does not get accepted at a premium. Turnover is not worth the reputation that took nine years to build.

Gredo Properties

How a property earns a listing

Every asset clears these five stages before it appears on the platform.

  1. Document request

The seller or developer submits the full title file — Certificate of Occupancy or Governor's Consent, survey plan, deed of assignment and evidence of prior transfers.

  2. Title search at source

Documents are checked against the registry rather than accepted at face value, confirming that the person selling is the person holding title.

  3. Acquisition and dispute check

The survey is run against government acquisition and known disputes, so a buyer is never sold land the state has already earmarked.

  4. Physical inspection

The team visits the site to confirm the property matches its documents and its photographs, and records the condition it is genuinely in.

  5. Listing and buyer inspection

Only then does it publish — and the buyer is expected to inspect it in person before any money changes hands.

GredoEx

How a transaction clears

The same principle, applied to money rather than land.

  1. Identity and account

The customer verifies identity once and receives a dedicated virtual account, so funding is traceable from the first transfer.

  2. Rate shown, then locked

The exchange rate and every associated fee appear on screen before confirmation. What is quoted is what settles.

  3. Custody under MPC

Digital assets sit under multi-party computation, splitting key control so no single compromise can move customer funds.

  4. Settlement and record

Fiat lands in the customer's bank or is spent directly from the balance, with a receipt that reconciles against the quoted figures.
