Leadership

Who carries the responsibility

A holding company is only as good as the judgement of the people signing off on its transactions.

Engr. Nnamdi F. Okereke, Founder and CEO of Gredo Group

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

We were founded to solve two deficits: trust in real estate, and velocity in finance.

We don't just build houses — we curate verified assets that hold their value. We don't just move money — we build the infrastructure that lets ambition travel across borders.

Engr. Nnamdi F. OkerekeFounder & CEO, Gredo Group Limited

An engineer's approach to two risky markets

Nnamdi Okereke founded Gredo in July 2017 as a currency exchange, trading digital assets in a market with almost no formal infrastructure. The discipline that kept that desk solvent — verify the counterparty, settle cleanly, never promise what you cannot deliver — is the same discipline he carried into property.

He leads the group from Abuja and remains directly involved in the standards both subsidiaries operate to, particularly the decision to verify title at source before any asset is marketed.
